Finals week....here I come!

So, finals week is still two weeks away, but here's the official "to-do" list...

this week: 3 tests, Saturday lab, and a power point presentation

next week: 2 tests and a paper

the next week: 2 finals

Should be fun right? oh yeah...and fit in there somewhere MOVING! Our house should be done in the next couple of weeks! We are getting pretty excited! Jake keeps telling us that he want to "go home"...we're assuming that means to his new house. Hopefully that transition will go smoothly for him! He's going to miss his Papa and Gwama! Here are a few pics from the past couple of weeks...the first one I just couldn't resist, he's too cute!!

Jakey got his first bee sting last week...we couldn't help but document! In Jake's words: "Buggie Owie!!!"

Jake turned two today! We had a fun-filled weekend of parties and birthday cake! I can't believe two years went by this fast. He's officially into the "terrible two's" and we've got the tantrums to prove it! But Shane and I love him to death, and he really is such a sweet little boy.

Jake couldn't have been more excited when we brought his "cicle" (bicycle) upstairs. He didn't want to get off of it all night. And, he obviously enjoyed his cake and icecream! He had wanted a cake with a "car with the lights" (Shane's police car) which was no easy feat! But it turned out okay, and Jake was thrilled! He had to blow out the candles three or four times! We love our little two year old so much!! Happy Birthday Snakey!

Welcome Back!

I know...it's been forever. A lot has happened since October! We said "goodbye" to Pheasantridge and "hello" to my parent's house! (Thanks mom and dad!!) Our new house should be done in about 6 weeks and we can't wait! Also, Jake will be TWO next week!! I can't believe it! He's getting so big, and even more cute! Here are a few pictures from over the winter...and happened to still be on my camera. If you're lucky, you may even get a video!

Oh yeah...Did I mention we got a new dog? The newest member of the family, Sage.

This was Jake's favorite Christmas present...he wouldn't get out of it, and would you argue with that face?
